Lavash rolls with ham, cheese, and cucumber are a simple yet incredibly tasty snack from Caucasian cuisine. Armenian lavash, thin and elastic, serves as the perfect base for the rolls, absorbing the aromas of garlic and herbs. Tender ham and spicy cheese create a harmonious balance of flavors, while fresh cucumber adds a crunchy texture and a light refreshing note. The mayonnaise-coated lavash makes the snack juicy and rich. These rolls are easy to prepare; they can be served as a festive appetizer or taken on the go. Chilled before slicing, they hold their shape perfectly and look appetizing on the table. The dish pairs wonderfully with herbs and light sauces, making it a versatile choice for any occasion.

1
Grate the garlic on a fine grater or crush it, mix it into the mayonnaise and spread it over the surface of the lavash. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into 1x1 cm sticks and place them in a line (along the edge) where the roll will be wrapped. Grate the ham and cheese as well and evenly distribute them over the surface of the lavash.
