Quick pickled cabbage is a delicious and refreshing Russian recipe that allows you to enjoy the crunchiness of vegetables in just a few hours. The dish is based on cabbage, traditionally used in Russian cuisine for pickling, and its combination with carrots and garlic adds a tangy sweetness and spiciness. The boiling marinade with vinegar, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil quickly infuses the ingredients, creating a rich flavor. It’s the perfect side dish for meat and potato dishes as well as a great addition to snacks.
