Turkey breast pastrami is an exquisite appetizer with a rich history rooted in British culinary traditions. This recipe combines simplicity of preparation with refined taste. The turkey breast, brined beforehand, becomes incredibly tender and juicy. Stuffed with aromatic garlic and coated with a spicy mixture of peppers and olive oil, it gains zest and depth of flavor. It is baked at high temperature and then rests in a closed oven, preserving all the depth of aromas. Pastrami is perfect as a standalone dish or as an ingredient for sandwiches or appetizers. It delights with its subtle flavor nuances and makes an excellent addition to breakfast or festive tables.
