Cumin crackers are a fragrant treat that combines a delicate crispy texture with a spicy hint of cumin. Inspired by British traditions, they take on a special Eastern touch thanks to the addition of cumin. This spicy ingredient is known for its warming properties and rich flavor, making the crackers an excellent complement to hot tea or light snacks. Ghee adds softness and richness to the dough, while the thin diamond-shaped pieces crunch pleasantly with each bite. The crackers are perfect for snacking on their own or paired with soft cheeses, pâtés, or dips. They can be served at festive tables or enjoyed in the cozy atmosphere of a quiet evening. The taste is simple yet elegant, revealing the nuances of spices and traditional baking.
