Lavash envelopes with suluguni and tomatoes are a simple and incredibly tasty dish infused with the spirit of Russian cuisine. The lavash, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, pairs perfectly with creamy suluguni, while fresh tomatoes add a pleasant juiciness. Fragrant herbs and garlic add zest, and sour cream gently unites all the flavors.
