Cut the cheese into 1-1.5 cm cubes and the tomatoes into wedges.
- Adyghe cheese: 150 g
- Tomatoes: 5 piece

Heat a pan with vegetable oil, add turmeric, and after a couple of seconds, add cheese. Fry until golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and salt. Let it simmer on low heat until the tomatoes break down.
- Turmeric: 0.5 teaspoon
- Adyghe cheese: 150 g
- Tomatoes: 5 piece
- Salt: to taste

Add sour cream and mix. Then sprinkle black pepper and top with chopped fresh basil. Mix and turn off.
