Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater. Drain the excess liquid. Add an egg, sour cream, flour, and one grated onion to the mashed potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sour cream: 2 tablespoons
- Wheat flour: 2 tablespoons
- Onion: 2 pieces

Mix the minced meat separately with the second grated onion. Add water. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Form small pancakes using a spoon.

Fry them on one side and place the meat filling on top. Then cover the filling with a second portion of raw potato dough and flip it over. Fry until cooked.
