Bean in sauce is a delicate and aromatic dish of European cuisine that combines simplicity of preparation with rich flavor. Green string beans soaked in a creamy soy sauce with hints of garlic acquire special softness and richness. This recipe can be seen as an interpretation of popular European legume dishes, where beans serve as a source of nutrients. Light frying gives the vegetable a pleasant texture, while simmering in the sauce reveals its taste. Sesame seeds add a delicate nutty note. It is a versatile dish that can be served as a side to meat and fish dishes or as an independent light snack.
