    I cut the mushrooms (I take champignons) into large strips. We chop the onion into small cubes. In a well-heated pan, pour 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the onion and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper.

    Roll out the dough (you can buy ready-made) into a square about 40x40 cm (to fit lengthwise on the baking tray).

    The edges of the dough are cut about 10-15 cm from both sides towards the center. Half of the filling is placed in the middle. Halves of eggs are placed on top of the filling. Then another layer of filling is added. Using a spoon (or hands), we lightly press down the filling and start braiding. We alternately place strips first from one side and then from the other, trying not to leave gaps.
