Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Place 2 tablespoons of yogurt at the bottom of two small baking dishes or regular thick glass cups. Distribute smoked salmon, cut into small pieces, and a sprig of dill on top. Pour one egg over each dish.
- Yogurt: 4 tablespoons
- Cold smoked salmon: 50 g
- Dill: 2 stems
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Place the molds in a heatproof dish filled with water halfway up the molds and bake for 15 minutes.
