Homemade chicken sausage

Homemade chicken sausage is a tender and juicy meat delicacy that can be made without artificial additives and preservatives. This recipe has roots in European cuisine, where the traditions of homemade sausage making are passed down through generations. The sausage has a mild flavor with a hint of garlic aroma and a delicate texture thanks to sour cream. It is perfect for breakfast, sandwiches, or light snacks. Preparation requires care: first, the meat is minced and mixed with egg and spices, then shaped into a loaf that is cooked at low temperature to retain juiciness. The cooled and sliced sausage delights with its natural taste without excessive greasiness, making it an excellent choice for those who appreciate healthy and tasty homemade dishes.

Cut the fillet into pieces and chop in a blender. Add egg, garlic, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix everything. Then, shape it into a sausage. I use a baking sleeve for this. I cut it, place the resulting chicken mixture inside, and roll it up like a sausage log. I secure the edges with string and place it in a tight plastic bag (can use two). Then, I wrap the sausage bag in several places with tape for strength (it doesn't touch the sausage, don't worry).
- Chicken fillet: 400 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Sour cream: 150 g
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon

I take a pot, place a piece of cotton cloth at the bottom, put sausages in bags on it, and pour boiling water. When the water boils, I reduce the heat to minimum and cook the sausages for 30-40 minutes depending on their diameter.

It's better to cool the sausage without taking it out of the water. Then remove it from the casing, wrap it in foil, and place it in the refrigerator.
