Zucchini rolls with feta are a light yet rich appetizer from Russian cuisine. This dish impresses with its simplicity and harmony of flavors: tender slices of zucchini, lightly fried in a dry pan, create the perfect base for a spicy cheese filling with garlic aroma and fresh dill.
