Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the smoked sausages into rounds or diagonally.
- Onion: 2 heads
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Sausages: 8 pieces

Peel the large tomatoes, cherry tomatoes can be left with the skin.
- Cherry tomatoes: 10 pieces

Remove the seeds and membranes from the sweet pepper and cut it into small cubes.
- Red sweet pepper: 1 piece

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, leek, garlic, and sausages over low heat. When the onion is slightly browned, remove the pan from heat and add paprika. Stir and return to heat.

Add tomatoes to the pan (if they were with juice, you can add a bit of it too) and sweet pepper. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes. If the tomatoes are too acidic, you can add a pinch or two of sugar.

Add beans and crushed coriander seeds. Now just adjust the dish for salt and pepper and cook on low heat for another 5-10 minutes.
