Swedish Meatballs

Swedish meatballs are a symbol of the coziness and warmth of northern traditions. This recipe originates from Sweden, where they are served with a delicate creamy sauce and lingonberry jam. Juicy and aromatic, they perfectly combine the softness of the minced meat with the rich creamy flavor of the sauce. Breadcrumbs add a tender texture, while garlic and pepper provide a subtle spiciness. These meatballs can be served with mashed potatoes, pasta, or simply with a slice of fresh bread. They are prepared not only at home but also in famous Swedish restaurants, and thanks to IKEA's popularity, they have become a gastronomic symbol of Sweden. A simple and delicious recipe suitable for cozy family dinners and celebrations.
