We are peeling the potatoes.
- Potato: 2 pieces

Slice thinly (a slicer or mandoline can be used).

Wash and dry the sliced pieces well (place on a napkin and pat dry).

Put in a plate, add salt, pepper, seasoning (in my case for chicken), sunflower oil and mix well.
- Sunflower oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Seasonings: to taste

Place on parchment paper and put in the microwave for 3-5 minutes (until brown color appears).
