Beef kebabs are a fragrant dish of Azerbaijani cuisine that combines deep flavors and rich Eastern notes. Beef fillet marinated in a mixture of soy and fish sauce, cilantro, orange zest, garlic, and brown sugar becomes tender with a spicy hint. After long marination, the meat is gently grilled, revealing smoky and caramelized tones. Beef kebabs are served hot and pair perfectly with fresh herbs, light vegetable sides or lavash. This dish embodies hospitality and warmth of spirit, making it ideal for festive gatherings or friendly meetings.

Preheat the grill. Skewer the meat on wooden skewers and grill for five minutes, turning once during cooking. Serve immediately. It's better to soak the skewers in water for half an hour beforehand to prevent them from burning on the grill. Or use steel skewers.
