Grilled leeks are a simple yet refined dish that reveals the delicate sweetness of this vegetable. The grill adds a light smoky aroma, while the charred surface contrasts with the soft interior. This dish has roots in modern American cuisine, where grilling is central. Serving with mayonnaise and kimchi sauce adds spiciness and an Asian touch, making it a perfect complement to meat or a standalone snack. The dish's special charm lies in its minimalism: simple ingredients, natural flavor, and ease of preparation.
