Grate the cheese on a medium grater, mix it with sour cream (can be replaced with mayonnaise) and crushed garlic.
- Cheese: 50 g
- Sour cream: 2 teaspoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Peel the carrot using a horizontal vegetable peeler. Cut it in half lengthwise. From the inside of the carrot, use the peeler to slice long strips. Repeat this procedure with both halves until approximately equal strips are produced.

Boil water with salt. Cook carrot strips for 1-2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Spread part of the filling on the wide side of the carrot strip or smear it along the entire length. Roll it up. Optionally, you can pierce it with a skewer.
