Rolls with red fish and avocado are an elegant dish of Italian cuisine that combines freshness, tenderness, and sophistication. Red fish adds a rich flavor with a slight saltiness, while avocado contributes a velvety texture and soft creaminess. Armenian lavash serves as the perfect base, highlighting the harmony of ingredients, while cream cheese with herbs adds zest. These rolls are a great option for a light dinner, appetizer for a festive table or picnic. The simplicity of preparation makes them accessible even for novice cooks, while the combination of flavors is a true gastronomic delight. The history of such snacks dates back to Mediterranean traditions where freshness and naturalness of products are valued. They can be served with white wine or refreshing drinks to create the perfect atmosphere for enjoying taste and conversation.

1
We wash the avocado, cut it into thin long slices 3-4 cm long and 0.5 mm wide.
- Avocado: 1 piece
2
We take lightly salted trout (or salmon), cut it into thin long pieces (like cucumbers).
- Lightly salted trout: 200 g
- Cucumbers: 1 piece
3
We spread the lavash on the table and smear it with cottage cheese. The tastiest is the herb cheese 'Hochland'.
- Cottage cheese with green onions: 150 g
4
Then we lay pieces of fish and slices of avocado on the lavash in turn. We leave a little space from the edges so that the roll doesn't fall apart and can be easily cut (as shown in the photo).
- Lightly salted trout: 200 g
- Avocado: 1 piece
5
We roll the lavash into a roll. Cut into pieces and place on a plate.
