Draniki with sauerkraut

Another multi-ingredient draniki, in which many things are mixed: homemade chicken sausage, potatoes, sauerkraut. If desired, the chicken sausage can be replaced with any meat component.

Grate the peeled potatoes on a coarse grater. In this recipe, the main role is played by sauerkraut, so you need a little potato. Rinse the cabbage. If it's tough, lightly sauté it.
- Potato: 100 g
- Sauerkraut: 500 g

Cut the sausage into thin strips and the onion into small cubes. Add both to the grated potatoes and mix well.
- Homemade Chicken Sausage: 200 g
- Onion: 30 g

Place the sauerkraut in a large bowl, add the egg, pour in the milk, and add the flour. Mix well. Add the mixture of potatoes, onions, and sausage. Mix again. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sauerkraut: 500 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Milk: 60 ml
- Wheat flour: 70 g
- Potato: 100 g
- Homemade Chicken Sausage: 200 g
- Onion: 30 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Heat ghee and vegetable oil in a pan. Place generous handfuls of the potato-cabbage mixture and press with a spoon to flatten the pancakes. Fry for 2 minutes on each side until desired golden brown.
- Melted butter: 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
- Potato: 100 g
- Sauerkraut: 500 g
- Homemade Chicken Sausage: 200 g
- Onion: 30 g

Sprinkle the ready draniki (2 pieces per serving) with finely chopped dill. Serve with sour cream. Eat while they are still warm.
