Beat all ingredients in a food processor until crumbly. Combine the dough by hand into a uniform mass, shape it into a ball, and wrap it in plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Butter: 25 g
- Grated cheese: 100 g
- Wheat flour: 50 g
- Baking powder: 0.3 teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm on a cutting board. Use a cookie cutter to cut out hearts. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden brown. Keep an eye on the cookies as they brown quickly and can burn just as fast. Let cool.
