Baked zucchini with cheese is a dish that embodies the spirit of French cuisine, where tender vegetables transform into a true gastronomic delight. This recipe combines the crispy texture of the breading with the softness of melted cheese, creating a harmonious flavor with hints of Provençal herbs. Zucchini are first coated in flour and salt, then covered with an airy egg mixture, and enriched with aromatic cheese breadcrumbs. Baking at high temperature gives them an appetizing golden crust while keeping the inside juicy. The dish is perfect as a light appetizer or side dish, especially when paired with a spicy sauce. Its simplicity makes it an excellent choice for those who appreciate taste, aesthetics, and French elegance on their plate.
