Heat the milk to room temperature (do not heat too much). Then add eggs, flour, salt, and sugar to taste. Mix everything well to avoid lumps. Finally, you can add a little vegetable oil. Let the prepared dough rest for 10-15 minutes. Then fry thin pancakes in a non-stick skillet.
- Milk: 200 ml
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Wheat flour: 70 g
- Salt: 5 g
- Sugar: 3 g

Cut the beef into small sticks about 2-3 cm long. Dice the onion and chili pepper, and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Heat a pan with vegetable oil and start frying the onion and chili pepper. After a couple of minutes, add the chopped meat and continue cooking until almost done; season with salt and pepper to taste. Then add the crushed tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and cumin. Continue cooking on low heat. Once the sauce thickens, add butter and chopped cilantro (add salt and pepper to taste if needed).

Place a small amount of meat in the pancake (try to avoid sauce). Fold the edges and wrap it. Do this for all pancakes.
