Mix warm milk with warm water in a medium-sized container, add yeast, and dissolve it very well.
- Milk: 1 glass
- Water: 1 glass
- Dry yeast: 2 teaspoons

Add salt and sugar and dissolve well, then gradually add the sifted flour and knead with a spoon.
- Salt: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Wheat flour: 1 kg

Add flour until the dough becomes soft, elastic, and no longer sticks to your hands.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Line the baking tray with parchment paper and form small balls from the dough.

Place the balls on the baking sheet at some distance from each other.

Brush the pampushki with egg yolk immediately.
- Egg yolk: 1 piece

Leave them to double for 50 minutes - that's the secret, don't rush to put them in the oven.

When the dough balls have risen and increased in size, place them in the oven to bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

While the pampushki are baking, you can prepare the garlic sauce. For this, peel the garlic.
- Garlic: 10 cloves

Crush the garlic using a garlic press and finely chop parsley and dill. Add a little salt and mix. Now pour in room temperature boiled water and vegetable oil. Mix everything well.

By this time, the pampushki are baked and nicely browned; drizzle them with garlic sauce and put them back in the oven for 5 minutes.
