Lavash roll with crab sticks and dill is a delightful snack created for those who appreciate lightness and refined taste. Its base is soft Armenian lavash that wraps a delicate filling of crab sticks, cheese, and eggs. Dill adds freshness while mayonnaise binds the ingredients together, adding a creamy texture. The dish's origins trace back to author cuisine where simple ingredients transform into culinary masterpieces. This roll is perfect for festive tables, cozy dinners, or picnics; it can be prepared in advance and served chilled to enjoy the harmony of flavors.

1
It is advisable to take large sheets of lavash. Unroll them on the table (be careful as some can tear easily).
2
Fill the eggs with cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 7-9 minutes, then place them in cold water. If necessary, thaw the crab sticks and peel them. Grate the egg, cheese, and crab sticks on a fine grater. Wash the dill and chop it finely. Thick stems are not needed. All ingredients should be divided into two parts.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Crab sticks: 2 pieces
- Cheese: 300 g
- Dill: 3 bunchs
3
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on half of the lavash. Sprinkle dill on top and cover with the second untouched half. Again, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated crab sticks, egg, and cheese. Top with a layer of mayonnaise for soaking.
