Wash the ripe tomatoes.

Cut each tomato without separating into halves, generously sprinkle the cut with salt.
- Tomatoes: 1 kg
- Salt: to taste

Prepare minced meat from garlic, cilantro, dill, and parsley (chop finely).
- Garlic: 1 head
- Green: 35 g

Fry the sliced onions in heated vegetable oil, cool down, and mix with green minced meat.
