Raw food lavash

Raw vegan lavash is a fragrant and nutritious dish from Armenian cuisine made from natural ingredients without thermal processing. Its base is flaxseed, which gives the product softness and elasticity, while vegetables like carrots, sweet red peppers, and tomatoes add vibrant flavor and richness. This lavash pairs wonderfully with various fillings, serves as an excellent alternative to traditional bread, and is perfect for health-conscious eaters. Thanks to dehydration, it retains the maximum benefits of all components and has a pleasant texture. By increasing the drying time, it can be turned into crispy chips that make a healthy snack. Raw vegan lavash is not just food; it's a philosophy of mindful consumption and respect for natural products.
