Wash the vegetables and cilantro, then dry them.
- Fresh cilantro (coriander): 1 bunch
- Tomatoes: 1 kg
- Red sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Red chilli pepper: 1 piece
- Green chilli pepper: 1 piece

Cut the tomatoes into random small pieces.
- Tomatoes: 1 kg

Chop the cilantro finely, and either mince the garlic or pass it through a garlic press.
- Fresh cilantro (coriander): 1 bunch
- Garlic: 1 head

Chop the pepper finely.
- Red sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Red chilli pepper: 1 piece
- Green chilli pepper: 1 piece

Make a dressing from oils, vinegar, and salt to your taste.
- Salt: to taste
- Olive oil: to taste
- Sunflower oil: to taste
- Vinegar: to taste

Layer the bottom of the jar with: tomatoes, sprinkle with a mixture of finely chopped peppers, cilantro, garlic, drizzle with dressing and continue layering the remaining ingredients in the same order. Let the tomatoes marinate for a couple of hours (4-5 hours). Occasionally shake the jar to mix all the ingredients.
