Savory pie with brynza is an exquisite representative of Bulgarian cuisine that captivates with its simplicity and rich flavor. This pie embodies the traditions of Mediterranean baking, where brynza is the main character adding a delicate saltiness. The filling enriched with aromatic dill, garlic, and sour cream makes each piece spicy and juicy. Thanks to the flaky dough, the pie acquires an airy structure and a golden crust. It is conveniently served as an appetizer at family gatherings or festive evenings. Light yet hearty, it pairs wonderfully with vegetable salads and a glass of white wine, creating an atmosphere of coziness and hospitality. Bulgarian pie with brynza is a delicious journey into the world of traditional baking where simple ingredients reveal a wealth of flavor nuances.
