Green beans with walnuts

Green beans with walnuts is a vivid example of how simple ingredients transform into an exquisite dish. This recipe, inspired by European culinary traditions, combines the freshness of green beans, the rich nutty flavor of walnuts, and the spicy notes of seasonings. The light garlic aroma sautéed in vegetable oil adds depth to the dish, while wine vinegar provides a slight tanginess. The beans retain their tenderness but absorb all the flavors, creating a harmony of textures and aromas. This dish is perfect as a side for meat or fish main courses but can also serve as a light dinner rich in protein and healthy fats. Aesthetically, it looks appetizing due to the contrast of green beans and golden walnut crumbs, making it a centerpiece for any table.
