Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden.

Chop the ham finely and add it to the onion. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Chop the bell pepper into small cubes. Add corn and bell pepper to the pan. Sauté for a couple of minutes without a lid, then a couple of minutes with a lid.

Add pre-cut tomatoes and simmer a bit with the lid on.

Salt, pepper, and add chili. Simmer everything uncovered to let excess liquid evaporate, then remove from heat.

Make 2 omelets from one egg each. Beat the egg, add a little salt and 2 tablespoons of milk, beat again. Pour into a heated pan lightly greased with oil, cover with a lid. After about 3 minutes, check the omelet's readiness. Cut the finished omelet in half.

Place the grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly brush with vegetable oil.

Take a flatbread, place half of the omelet on one half, add 3-4 tablespoons of the ham and vegetable mixture on top, and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
