For the filling, finely chop the greens and press the garlic. Mash the feta with a fork. Add garlic, greens, marjoram, and pepper. Beat the egg and add it to the filling. Also, add sour cream and mix.
- Green: 1 bunch
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Feta cheese: 200 g
- Dried marjoram: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sour cream 35%: 2 tablespoons

Thaw the dough, roll it out to a thickness of about 3 mm. Evenly spread the filling on the dough. Roll the dough with filling into a fairly tight roll. Cut the roll crosswise into 8 pieces.
- Yeast puff pastry: 250 g

Grease a round baking pan (20–23 cm) with butter. Arrange the pieces like stumps, not too tightly. Whisk the yolk with the remaining butter and cream using a fork. Brush the surface of the pie with this mixture.
- Butter: 2 tablespoons

- Cream 30%: 1 tablespoon
