Peel the potatoes, wash them and preferably dry them. Grate the potatoes, cheese, and onion in turn, crush the garlic into it, add salt, pepper and eggs, and mix everything thoroughly. If it's too liquidy, add flour.

- Wheat flour: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
