Pumpkin sticks with garlic are a bright and aromatic dish that perfectly combines the tenderness of baked pumpkin with the spiciness of garlic and spices. The simplicity of preparation makes this recipe accessible even for novice cooks. With a thin golden crust, the sticks acquire a pleasant crunchiness, while the combination of olive oil and dill gives a fresh, rich flavor. This dish comes from European cuisine, where it is loved for its versatility – the sticks can be served as an appetizer, side dish, or light treat for festive tables.
