Pike caviar is an exquisite delicacy of European cuisine, featuring a rich flavor with a slight saltiness and velvety texture. This product has long been valued for its rarity and delicate taste, adorning the tables of nobility and gourmets. In this recipe, pike caviar is mixed with homemade mayonnaise and rich cream to create a tender, creamy consistency that highlights the natural flavor of the caviar. The added white onion gives a slight piquancy, while fresh dill and a lemon wedge refresh the composition. Served on crispy slices of French baguette, it transforms the dish into an elegant appetizer that pairs perfectly with white wine or sparkling drinks. Pike caviar is a symbol of gastronomic pleasure and elegance, ideal for festive occasions and cozy dinners.

1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Slice the baguette into thin slices - it's important not to overdo it and crumble the bread. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put in the oven for ten minutes. The bread should dry out and become chip-like. Remove and cool.
