Burger with a grilled patty made of chopped beef
1 serving
45 minutes
A grilled beef patty burger is the true embodiment of juiciness and rich meat flavor. Unlike traditional minced meat, chopped beef retains its natural texture and aroma, creating a unique sensation on the palate. The grill gives the patty a crispy crust and a slight smoky hint, while the combination of fresh salad, crunchy vegetables, and melting cheddar cheese turns the burger into a true gastronomic delight. The dish's European roots reference classic American burger traditions but with an exquisite approach to meat. It can be served with simple sauce or spicy additions, allowing everyone to find their perfect taste. An ideal choice for lovers of hearty yet balanced dishes who want to savor every note of flavor.

1
Chop the meat to a minced state; it's important to chop, not to grind in a meat grinder or blend — there's a big difference. Chopped meat will retain its juiciness.
- Beef shoulder: 100 g
2
You can also add finely chopped onion and grated garlic, spices, and egg yolk, or just use salt (in my opinion, the meat will retain its flavor), mix everything thoroughly.
- Mayonnaise: to taste
- Ketchup: to taste
- Mustard: to taste
3
Form even, identical patties, preferably using a ring.
4
Fry the patties in a grill pan for 6-7 minutes on high heat without adding oil.
5
While the cutlets are frying, cut the buns in half and toast them in a dry pan for 1 minute to get a golden crust.
- Hamburger bun: 1 piece
6
Burgers can also be grilled; in this case, it's better to grease the grill to prevent the meat from sticking, and turn them very carefully.
7
Generously spread sauce on the inner part of both buns (you can mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard or use just one, depending on preference).
- Mayonnaise: to taste
- Ketchup: to taste
- Mustard: to taste
8
Slice the onion into thin rings, and the cucumber and tomato into thin rounds.
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
- Pickles: 1 piece
9
Place salad, onion rings, patty, cheese, tomato, cucumbers on the bottom part and cover with the top part. Eat immediately!
- Iceberg lettuce: 1 piece
- Cheddar cheese for sandwiches: 20 g
