Sea Urchin Cocktail

6 servings

20 minutes

Sea urchin cocktail is a true delight for gourmets who appreciate fresh seafood delicacies. This recipe hails from Italy, where sea urchins are considered treasures of the Mediterranean. Their delicate roe, with a creamy taste and bright ocean notes, pairs beautifully with citrusy lime accents, spicy chili pepper, and aromatic ginger. Adding soy sauce and sesame oil brings in Eastern nuances, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. Serving the cocktail in elegant porcelain spoons makes it not only exquisite in taste but also aesthetically appealing. It's the perfect dish for those wanting to try something exotic and refined while enjoying the freshness of the sea in every spoonful.
