Italian cheese sticks are a wonderful snack that combines a crispy texture with a rich cheese flavor. Their history traces back to traditional Italian cuisine, where cheese plays a key role in most dishes. The main ingredient—Parmesan—gives the sticks a unique aroma and delicate saltiness. These sticks are perfect for accompanying soups, salads, or as a standalone snack. Easy to prepare, they require minimal ingredients: flour, butter, egg yolks, and sour cream. Baked to a golden crust, they become crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Adding paprika gives a slight spiciness that enhances the flavor even more. They can be served hot or chilled with favorite sauces. This simple yet exquisite dish is an ideal choice for a cozy evening or festive treat.
