Cheese and egg balls (French snack)
3 servings
30 minutes
Cheese and egg balls are a refined French appetizer with a delicate texture and rich cheese flavor. Their roots trace back to French culinary traditions, where simplicity in preparation meets sophisticated taste. Whipped egg whites give the balls lightness, while hard cheese adds depth of flavor. The light crispy crust formed during frying makes them particularly appetizing. These balls are perfect for festive tables or cozy evenings with a glass of wine. Sprinkled with fresh parsley, they gain aromatic freshness. They can be served as a standalone snack or paired with sauces to create new flavor combinations. French elegance in every bite!
