Cheese flatbreads with any filling are a true embodiment of comfort and home warmth in Chinese cuisine. Their tender kefir dough enriched with grated cheese gives a special softness and a slight spiciness. Historically, such flatbreads served as a quick and hearty snack, adapting to each family's tastes: ham, greens, or vegetables can be added. The golden crust is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making them perfect for serving with sauces or hot tea. This dish not only satisfies but also brings joy in every bite, creating an atmosphere of home celebration.
