Dietary French fries are a light and healthy alternative to classic fast food. Its roots trace back to American cuisine, where the pursuit of healthy eating has spawned many low-calorie variations of popular dishes. Here, the crispy crust is achieved not by frying in oil but by baking with egg whites and a light layer of olive oil. The flavor remains rich—potatoes retain their natural sweetness while rosemary adds exquisite spicy notes. These fries can be served as a standalone dish or as a side that pairs excellently with yogurt sauces. Perfect for those watching their figure but not wanting to give up on pleasure!
