Unroll the lavash sheet on plastic wrap.
- Armenian lavash: 2 pieces

Spread a thin layer of melted cheese on the lavash.
- Processed cheese: 200 g

Place pieces of salmon evenly over the layer of cheese on the lavash.
- Lightly salted salmon: 200 g
