Champignon skewers

Mushroom skewers are an elegant dish that combines simplicity of preparation with refined taste. The roots of this recipe can be found in traditional European cuisine, where mushrooms are often used in exquisite dishes. Fresh mushrooms infused with the aroma of lemon juice, Provençal herbs, and vegetable oil acquire a rich flavor with a slight tang and exquisite spiciness. Marinating allows the mushrooms to reveal their flavor notes, while grilling on skewers gives them an appetizing golden crust. These skewers are perfect for a light dinner or as an elegant appetizer at a party.

1
Wash the mushrooms well and dry them with a paper towel.
- Champignons: 10 pieces
2
Place in a glass bowl. Pour with lemon juice and vegetable oil. Add a little salt and Provençal herbs. You can also use other herbs that you think go well with mushrooms.
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons
- Salt: pinch
- Provencal herbs: to taste
3
Leave the mushrooms to marinate for 1 hour.

Skewer and cook in an electric grill or over coals until golden brown. The most important thing is not to over-dry!!! In my electric grill, mushrooms cook for about 15 minutes.
