Pork skin roll with vegetables

Pork skin roll with vegetables is a refined meat delicacy rooted in European home cooking traditions. In ancient times, such a roll was considered a symbol of thriftiness as all parts of the meat were used. After long boiling, the skin becomes tender, and the filling of garlic, carrots, and bell peppers gives the dish a rich aroma and pleasant sweet spiciness. Gelatin helps maintain the shape of the roll, making it dense and appetizing. This roll is served chilled, sliced thinly, with spicy horseradish that enhances the meat's flavor. An ideal option for meat appetizers or festive tables, pairing well with pickled vegetables and fresh bread.
