Parmesan cookies are a refined and crunchy delicacy where the salty aroma of cheese blends with the tender texture of the dough. While such cookies are usually associated with European cuisine, they can serve as an original snack in any culinary repertoire. Parmesan gives them a rich flavor, while butter makes the structure crumbly. These cookies pair perfectly with a glass of wine, as an accompaniment to soups or simply as a savory snack. They are easy to prepare: just mix the ingredients, roll out the dough, shape it and send it to the oven. The simple process allows you to enjoy this aromatic treat at any time. Such cookies will be an excellent choice for gourmets who appreciate unusual flavor combinations.

1
Mix all the ingredients.
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 200 g
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Butter: 200 g
2
Sprinkle a little flour on the work surface and shape the dough into a ball.
- Wheat flour: 200 g
3
Then roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
4
Cut out shapes with cookie cutters (don't worry too much about beauty — the cookies will spread a bit in the oven anyway).
5
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6
Send to a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool.
