Soak the beans in cold water so that the water level is 10 cm above the beans. Cook for about 2 hours, adding water as needed to maintain the initial level.
- Beans: 1 kg

Add chopped onion and cook on low heat until ready. Remove from heat, add ground nuts, red pepper, and a tablespoon of chopped garlic. Cool down. When serving, sprinkle with greens.
