Stuffed bagels are a hearty and original dish of Russian cuisine that combines the crispy crust of bagels, tender meat filling, and delicious melted cheese. The tradition of baking dough with meat has deep roots, and bagels, known for their dense and elastic dough, are perfect for this presentation. The dish has a rich meaty flavor with subtle spicy notes of onion and black pepper, while the cheese adds a pleasant stretchiness. They can be served as an appetizer or a full main course. Stuffed bagels are suitable for family dinners or festive gatherings, especially when paired with fresh vegetables and herbs.
