Warm stuffed chorizo sweet peppers are a vibrant blend of Spanish and Italian flavors. Chorizo, a spicy sausage with a deep smoky aroma, adds richness to the dish while sweet mini-peppers provide freshness and softness. This recipe is easy to prepare but surprises with its rich flavors. Grilled peppers develop a light caramelized crust that reveals their natural sweetness. This dish can be served as an appetizer or as an addition to the main table and pairs excellently with a glass of red wine. Historically, stuffed peppers are popular in Mediterranean cuisine where fresh ingredients and bold flavors play a key role. In this version, they take on a slightly smoky and spicy note, making them the perfect dish for cozy evenings.
