Salmon and Green Bean Ceviche

Salmon and green bean ceviche is a refined dish inspired by the traditional fish marinating technique popular in Latin American cuisine. However, this recipe has taken on a European character due to the combination of tender salmon, tangy lemon juice, and wine vinegar that create an exquisite balance of flavors. The salmon infused with the aromas of spices and olive oil is enriched with the sweet-spicy note of onion. The green bean garnish with sesame and soy sauce adds textural contrast and highlights the freshness of the dish. It is perfect as a light appetizer or main course for gourmets who appreciate flavor harmony and health benefits.
