Cheese balls with goat cheese, green onions, and parsley are an exquisite appetizer of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of ricotta with the brightness of goat cheese. This recipe is inspired by traditional cheese treats that adorned the festive tables of the aristocracy. It has a rich, creamy flavor with a slight tang from lemon juice and savory notes from Worcestershire sauce. The aromatic green onion adds freshness while parsley provides a refined green shell. These balls are perfect for a light aperitif or to accompany wine tastings, creating a harmony of flavors. Served chilled, they are especially enjoyable in warm weather.
